Part of the service I offer my listing clients is professional staging to ensure that the property is “market ready.” Recently, Sara provided a range of services to two of my listing clients in preparation for photographs and placing properties on the market. The services she provided included: initial consultation and recommendations for de-cluttering, furniture removal, paint/wallpaper changes, changes to fixtures, etc.; shopping for accessories; re-arranging and accessorizing rooms for maximum visual impact; and attending the photo shoot to assist with final details. Sara even provided the seller with a list of resources to help with deep-cleaning the home. One project with Sara involved a “senior couple” who were initially skeptical of the need for staging and overwhelmed by the work. But Sara and I worked together to gain their trust and cooperation. This somewhat “dated” home went from looking cluttered and tired to fresh and light by the time it went on market, leading this home to be under contract within two weeks of listing!

Sara is a workhorse! Don’t be deceived by her small stature. She isn’t afraid to do the moving and lifting that these projects often demand.
