It was like putting together a puzzle on the ceiling. Each piece of barnwood is a different length, width, and color. To really make a statement, I wanted to ensure the variations in size and color were highlighted by mixing it up.

The challenge in this project was finding a lighting source that did not need to be plugged in. I came across these gorgeous candelabras and I knew I had my answer!

People often ask me how to accessorize their shelves. This client had a gorgeous fireplace and one of her requests was how to decorate the shelves lining the fireplace.

The main focus in this design, was lighting. If you really want to make a change, my first suggestions are wall colors and lighting. These two items can completely change a room!  

The client's enjoyed their travels so they wanted to create an oasis in their home that reflected the feel and look of a Ritz carlton Hotel.

Two things stood out to me as the homeowner described her vision for the space. First, she said that her husband loved the HGTV show "Fixer Upper". ...

We brought in comfortable coastal furnishings with fabrics and details that could weather the kids and pets storm.

Open floor plan with furnishings that allow friends and family to gather and enjoy each others company.

Often, we come into a home with a few pieces to work with and incorporate into the design. I knew right away how to complete the design story and where to direct the purchase process. I stumbled upon this farmhouse table at an Antique store and fell in love with the look and the story!

Function, Design and Fun is what was created in our outdoor living space for our Nashville family.
